What do people do who don’t have kids in the house when they have computer issues? They borrow someone else’s kids!

Another solution is to turn to the web to assist. Here are several articles of merit about basic computer skills you may or may not have mastered.

The New York Times has a helpful article called “Ten Ways to Get the Most out of Technology” detailing their suggestions how to use technology most effectively in the modern world (don’t worry it will change as soon as you catch on…).

Lifehacker, a great website, details how to send an email attachment here and also how to burn a DVD to your computer.
